When you enquire or book we collect what the form asks for: name, email, phone number, travel date, group size and pickup location. That's it — we don't ask for payment details through this website.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, confirm and run your tour, and follow up afterwards. If you join the newsletter we send occasional seasonal offers; every email includes an unsubscribe link that works the first time.
Forms, chat & WhatsApp
Our forms are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our reservations inbox. The live chat bubble is provided by Tawk.to and messages you send there are handled in their service. Choosing WhatsApp means your message travels under WhatsApp's own terms and encryption. We use these channels only to talk with you about your trip.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade your details. We don't run invasive ad tracking. We share your name with a third-party attraction only when a booking requires it (for example, boat cruise ticketing), and nothing more.
Retention & your choices
