1. Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. No deposit is required to hold a date. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include taxes and pickup fees unless stated otherwise; optional add-ons are charged separately and only when chosen.
2. Cancellation & refunds
Our full Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to every booking. In short:
- Cancel 96 hours (4 days) or more before pickup — refund, less the 5% payment-processing fee, to your original payment method.
- Inside 96 hours — cancellations and missed pickups are non-refundable, as your vehicle and guide are already committed.
- Free rescheduling — move your tour to another date at no charge, subject to availability, if you tell us before your original pickup time.
- Tours we cancel (e.g. severe weather) — refund, less the same 5% payment-processing fee.
- 5% payment-processing fee — deducted from all refunds to cover the non-refundable charge our payment gateway applies to the original transaction.
- Processing time — approved refunds are returned within 7–10 business days.
3. Weather & itinerary adjustments
Tours operate rain or shine. Individual attractions (including the boat cruise and fireworks) are run by third parties and may pause for weather, water conditions or season; when that happens we substitute a comparable experience, such as Journey Behind the Falls, at no extra charge. Itinerary order and timing may flex with traffic and conditions on the day.
4. Pickup responsibilities
Please be ready at your confirmed pickup point at the confirmed time. If you can't find your guide, call or WhatsApp +1 647 477 1520 immediately. Missed pickups caused by guests (wrong address supplied, not answering at the door) may shorten the tour or be treated as a no-show; we always attempt contact before departing.
5. Conduct & safety
Guests must follow guide instructions and attraction rules, wear seat belts, and secure children in the provided car or booster seats. We may refuse or end service without refund where behaviour endangers the guide, vehicle or other guests.
6. Liability
We arrange third-party attractions (boat cruise, wineries, observation decks) in good faith but do not operate them; their own terms apply while you use them. To the extent permitted by Ontario law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your tour. Travel insurance is recommended for international visitors.
7. Photos & reviews
With your verbal consent on the day, group photos taken on tour may appear in our marketing. Ask the guide to skip you and it happens, no questions asked.
